In otherwords, a company in China wants to buy lyricsera.com.cn, and they want to know whether you have rights to the domain, and whether you wish to register it.

Reply saying you "own rights to the domain, but i don't wish to buy the domain name, because i am not based in china, only america".

DONT contact them yet, Someone else please clarify what i am saying. I am not 100% sure i am correct.

It could, although I have not heard anything about it.. But I am Cynical.. Be spam from a Chinese registrar (US Registrars were famous for it)..

They could be sending those out in bulk hoping to get 4 new registrations from you with the "other company" being completely Fictitious.

If it were me I wouldn't register it (unless I was interested in the long term Chinese market and I knew what possible meanings lyricsera had in Chinese. And hope someone in China Registers the .CNs and has massive traffic that overflows to you via typos.
