In the training manual I'm following, it had me install the SEO All-In-One Plugin, saying that it would take care of all of my title tags, et cetera. I'm a little confused -- Should I also be filling out the "tags" section on each post or do I just put all the information in the SEO All-In-One area? Or maybe should I be doing both?

Same for the "Description" field in All in One. The preferred method is to use the EXCERPT section in WP. All in one will automatically take that data from those sections and insert it as Meta Description and Meta Keywords. This is the way I am reading this...
