    yes , do it imeddiatly search on google create sitemap and when the file sitemap.xml is generated go and add the sitemap.xml to webmaster tool acc.thats it

    Thanks MIB007, I created my sitemap today using xml-sitemaps.com

    Is that really necessary to add sitemap to each page, I thought that adding it to the index page was enough.

    There are two types of sitemap HTML & XML Sitemap . The HTML sitemap is for the humans to find webpages easily in your site & the XML Sitemap is for the search engines to find,crawl & index all the webpages easily.

    Definitely site map is require for your web...without it Search engine crawler cant detach properly...and your site visibility still like nothing.

    Sitemap is very useful for the site. You can upload XML sitemap to your website and submit to google webmaster tools to index your site inner pages.

    sitemap.xml created ny google first time to crawl the all page of the website.it's seem good to notify search engine bot that these url you have in your website.
