I know that rss feeds boost your site with fresh content and regular updations.

But i am confused whether to implement on a commercial site which is years old and many pages indexed with high pr.

The thought of adding up a single feed is just to minimize content duplication as the site has 25% of the content in dynamic mode.

    Please advice you suggestion.

The major concern i see is "loosing weightage to other thirdparty links"

I mean having rss feed generally displays conent with a specific link so adding such feeds to this dynamic content will results unique outgoing links - so will this degrade, devalue or will loose page weightage or distributing that particular pagerank unnecessarily?

Looking forward for experts ideas and suggestions.

    Thanks.

I'm not an expert. I'm sure others will weigh in with more and better suggestions, however I just wanted to note that if you are concerned about content duplication, I believe you can set how much content you want your feed to display. For example you can decide if you want just the titles, or the first 200 words or the whole post.

I'm signed up with Feedburner: feedburner.com that allows me to do this. Maybe check out the services to see if they can help you.
