should company activity or description be in the web site name?

    Hello, sorry about this newbie question.

    I want to start a site for a wedding videography business, should I get a name that describes the activity? like bostonweddingvideo.com etc. What I wont to know is if this actually helps to something, if is better than just a company name.com.

    If it doesn´t , what´s the key for web searches? tags and metatags?

    There is a whole lot of factors bud.
    EMD does help in low competition Niches.

    Ok, this is low nich I guess, but a name like bostonweedingvideo.com sounds a bit awfull, are the metetags important for agoogle search? when I look for something it seems that the little text description of the site is the key

    Get keyword related to your niche which has high searches. Use adwords.
