Should Build links to my homepage or targeted page (sub pages)?

Hi, I have several topics on my site, Should i build link to each of the posts to rank them? Or building link to homepage will do the work for its sub posts?

For example; My site is mainly on downloading antivirus with official promo code/product key (legal). If i have other posts too on "how to.." topic : like how to speed up pc, how to delete IE etc what should i do then?

 

Build links to all. If the links are NOT natural then at least make them look natural.

Build links to each sub-page, as well as your homepage. It's a lot of work, but you have to diversify your link profile.

 

Backlinking to each individual page helps to rank that better.

 

I'd recommend building them to a mixture of all pages. Obviously, you should focus on getting more to the homepage, but don't refrain from getting them to your inner pages as well.

 

Backlinks should be pointing towards mixture of homepage + inner pages to make it look more natural and authentic depending on the keyword you're targeting. For eg. if you have a SEO related website, target 'internet marketing company or digital marketing agency' for home and 'SEO Service' for the inner page. By this, you could target more keywords and relevancy increases which will help you reduce the bounce rate as well.

 

You need to focus on your homepage as well as inner pages both because to ranking with homepage is more easy than internal pages.
