Should Affiliates be in my Niche

    Here is the question,

I have a product that specifically targets parents of teen drivers. It is a driving safety related product.

I have an affiliate program that will pay 20% commission to affiliate (no start up fee) to anyone that joins.

Should I only be targeting business affiliates that fall into my niche? For example, driving schools, safety associations, PTA's, School Districts? Or should I open the Kimono to the entire internet and see what sticks?

Anyone got similar experiences with this kind of activity?

Can anyone recommend a good niche affiliate promotional site?

Hello. If I understood correctly, you want to promote your own product. Then I guess you can really "open your kimono" to any business affiliate, but those who will be related to your niche, imho, will be most efficient for your product promotion. Take care!
