Selling Shortening URL Service on a one letter domain!

I have a one letter .md domain for sale - L.MD

Accepting offers as I am looking to sell it.

Additional details:
The domain name was register through nic.md (or register.md - the same thing) and the annual renewal fee is $49.
The domain name expires on 2011-02-05.
The registrant doesn't let one letter/character domains to be registered anymore - so it is quite a unique chance to get one of these.
It could be nicely used with subdomains creating words. For example too.l.md or ur.l.md
MD could stand for Moldova (Republic of Moldova), Medical Doctor or Maryland.

The buyer gets the script installed and customized that is present on the domain right now.

You're not going to get $7,000 for it. I can go buy a 1 letter domain right now for $500. Hell, I sold t.tl for like $400 a few years ago. They're not THAT rare. You can go to domain name forums and pick them up fairly cheap.

They are rare as the registrand doesn't let them to be registered anymore. And it's quite hard to find a one letter domain nowadays.

We are convinced there are people/organizations that could use this domain name in a profitable manner and it values a lot for them.

Plus we are not asking for 7k here. I stated that I am waiting for offers.

I'll trade this domain for a year of publicity at my site network.

This should account well above 6 million pageviews and 3 million unique visitors. One good help to seriously promote other sites you own.
