    Design is simple and good like himanshujaju already said. Functionality seems to work as it should. The logo is pixelized and I don't get the 'not equals to' message in it. What's the user's benefit? Why should someone use your service instead of a service redirecting directly to the destination (without any page between them) or he is able to earn some money with shorten links using FullPageAds (like AdF.ly)?
