Buying short url converter needed

    i need a simple script made i paste in some codes url|desc or desc|url
    and it turns the urls in 2 the tiny url service i choose from a dropdown
    i paste the data in a text box and choose the service and it convets the urls

    im paying paypal send me your price and time to complete this task thank u DP please dont bother me if you cant complete this.
