    what make you think this one word worth 700$?there are bunch of 1 word com domains..net are lot more but not all worth

    usually these kind of bots, estibot..and others not give you accurate stats
    i have domain vallued 18k from estibot..but can;t sell even for 50$..
    just my 2 cents.

    Totally agree with you. Appraisal is just appraisal, the real value is given by seller and buyer. Actually, valuate.com is using estibot.com's beta service to get evaluation, the beta version is more accurate than current now. I have a domain name fundateideas.info, estibot.com's appraisal is $160,000 woo!, but beta.estibot.com's evaluation is $720, actually I want to sell it as $20. I have to say, estibot's appraisal service is becoming more and more accurate, you can try recent and historical sales data, there is only little difference. I don't trust estibot.com, but trust her beta version :)

    Any way, appraisal is only appraisal, we more care about the domain's meaning, keyword CPC, backlinks and others. And everyone has his/her own approach to evaluate a domain name, right?

    (I am not advertising for estibot.com, beta version is only for internal testing)
