short/long code sms

    I need short/long code sms number with features:

    Features
    1. Auto Welcome Message: SMS Message that should be sent back to User sending Message on requested Service.
    2. Web Based Control Panel
    3. Real Time Web Based + Email Reporting ( forward the sms as email to us)
    4. incoming sms free of charge
    5. international coverage areas.

    I have found some service, but mostly are UK/US number, I need Asia number. Anyone knows?

    i am using a few companies to send bulk sms but can you suggest some US /Uk companies where we can receive sms with the features listed above.

    They are only allow send.. I want to rent 1 dedicated/shared short code and receive SMS from potential buyers only. And SMS can change into email text and forward to me.

    I need alternative option like this:
