I got suspended for invalid clicks, although it was a very nice email, and they said if it's in error, let them know. So I do, and I explain where all my traffic comes from, what site the ads are on, etc. I don't hear back for 2 days, so I email them and they reply back "sorry yeah, what site were you running the ads on? Thx!". So I repeat again. A few days later, I hear nothing, so I email them. A few days later, still no response, so I email again. And that's where's I'm at. They owe me several hundred dollars. Just a warning. Take it as you will.
I also got suspended. No reply to emails, nothing. WARNING! They also owe me several hunderd dollars and it seems like they don't reply to emails at all. I even helped them in their early beta phase and told them many bugs and got several replies from the owner Patrick Gavin where he thanked me for notifying him. And now, one month later he kicked me without even notifying me of it! And does not reply to my emails. This is scam, I did never ever click on my own ads and did not violate their TOS in any way! They aren't even able to tell me why I have been kicked!
Everyone is getting the same message at the login so I don't think it's valid. I wrote to Patrick Gavin but no reply yet.
Lol, hehe... thank's for letting me know... makes me feel a little bit better and I hope I will get my money from ShoppingAds.
Yup. I'm suspended too. Just found out via the message on the dashboard. I wouldn't have known if it hadn't been for this thread so thanks for bringing it to my attention, guys
Shoppingads had some sort of crash. I got the same message at login so I wrote to Patrick and got this reply.
Ok, I am able to login again and it seems like my account is no longer suspended I noticed that all stats for the last 2 days are missing.
I wouldn't even consider using this. I think all of this stuff is a waste of time. (WidgetBucks, AuctionAds, ShoppingAds etc)
Hey there, Any updates on how Shoppingads is doing? I am planning on using them and I don't know for sure if I should trust them.
It works for some, works wonders for others. Still some people say it does not work at all. It's a matter of niche and site that makes the difference between earning & not earning. As for them cheating you, or loading issues, then think of it this way.... If you go as a straight affiliate through ebay, then your payout will be very low, and while your reporting will be dead on, your cash flow may suffer due to the lower tier payout. Where as, if you jump on board with SA, then your payout will be higher as they are on a higher tier. However, you also run the risk of non-targeted ads, bad reporting, and possibly skimming off the top... I'm really unsure which is better. Try both. Either way, the choice is yours.
