Shoppingads Ban

    Hi, why today in my shoppingads homepage I read "Your account has been banned " ??

    I have been banned - no explanation whatsoever. Of cource I have sent them request for information but no answer so far. Will update in this thread for the outcome.

    Hello ......

    We're sorry to inform you that your account has been removed from our partner's affiliate ePN network program.

    At this time there is nothing we can do to restore you account.

    Your account has resulted in the following message for removal:

    "Have been in the program for 3+ months with ACRU/Total Payout ratio of >80%."

    You will still be paid your final balance after Decemeber 26th when payments go out, but unfortunately from this time onward ShoppingAds will no longer be able to pay you for any clicks you send to us.

    Does anyone know something about the above stated reason for the ban? I have not found anything in their publicly available information! Of cource, I have requested more detailed information, but your input on this issue will be also appreciated.

    Are they saying your conversion ratio is >80%? If so your lucky to last 3 months.

    My conversion ratio is not more than 80 percent - their stats are not working at all and I have noticed that months ago - but what can I do?

    After receiving the above email I asked them to specify the article of item in their FAQ, terms of use or any other publicly available documentation specifying this rule, and that is their question:

    "I'm sorry it is not actually in the publisher-facing FAQ or TOS for eBay- but these are their rules not ours.

    They apparently have a certain standard for traffic that they've begun to
    adhere to, and so, they'll pay you (and others in your place) through the
    end of the last month in which they allow you to run, and then terminate the
    relationship."

    That does not sound professional and I am sorry to say it but my good impression for working with ShoppingAds until this moment is gone. I will wait to see if I will receive my last due payment (which I think is an issue although they deny it) and will terminate my relationships with them.
