Shopping for a new desktop - Need Advice?

    HI, I work from home and need a new computer. It must be able to handle software like pinnacle video software, adobe cloud, office 365 and I spend a lot of time online working on WordPress websites. It must be able to handle 2 monitors. My real question is, what specs do I need to make sure it runs fast. Mine, which is several years old, has 8gb of ram. I plan to keep that computer as a third screen to run some process on. I really need help to understand how to pick a computer. My budget is less than $600 - $1000 if I can get 12 months same as cash.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
