Trying to shop for a cell phone carrier is not easy, and this is one area of the web that is really spammed. I got really poor service from my existing carrier (verizon), and I want to switch when my contract runs out at the end of the month. Deciding which features I will need, and finding the best plan seems like trying to locate a needle in a haystack. Any advice?
I've had Sprint for about five years now and I've never had any issues with them. Check their website for the best deals on phones and service. My wife has Cingular (AT&T) and they pretty much blow!
One advice is ask your neighbor if their cellphone working alright. Two years ago i switch from ATT to T-mobile. After one day i found out my house is in a blind spot of T-mobile that i constantly have one bar or no signal at all...so better ask around to make sure it works
I've heard T-mobile has the best customer service, and that would mean a lot to me, but they don't necessarily have the best coverage.
