    Hi All:)
I have a client who does catering, she wants people to be able to order online, but the menu (only about 6 or 7 meals per week) will change each week.
So buy now buttons would be no good as these would need changed weekly.

I know I could add ALL the meals to a cart and state available this week are:
and then list the ones available.

But does anyone know of another/better way?

    Thanks Loads

I guess the answer depends.. is there a data base back end; if so you could make the button which displays conditional on the available menue upon page load...

Hi, thanks for the rely :)

Could you explain a bit more please :), I could set up a database, but whilst there will only be 6 or 7 meals each week, it's not like they will keep repeating, I believe each week will be completely new.

humm... that does change it some; unless you want to put a controll pannel up for the company that they can log into each day which would specifiy the price(s) then I'd work with them on some static pricing which could apply to each of the meals.

    This is an interesting issue.

I've done 3 databases this week, was hoping this wouldn't require another:)

But the prices for each meal will remain the same, if that's what you meant. i.e lasagne £4.00 etc

I can only thing that my original idea of adding them all to a cart and then stating clearly available this week is (thought not ideal) is the only way to go.

If I could get it so that the menu repeats after say 2 month, would it be possible then?

They are new to computers, so as a last resort I could make the changes for them each week, but how much would you charge for replacing 7 products each week?

    Thanks Loads
