    I am looking for a free shopping cart that has templatable attribute features. The one I use now I have to enter all of them manually.

    I deally I would like to be able to use images as attributes.

    The biggest baddest (and FREE-est) one out there is osCommerce dot org. With modules and everything that it offers, you can basically have any feature you see on Amazon or the like.

    right now i am using virtuemart by joomla....it is very easy to template. if i remember correctly OSCommerce used to be hard to templtae. is this still tru

    I am making very good with oscommerce, but i will definately want to try zen market and the one recommended by bjbraines (i must recognize that this is the first time i hear of it) "VIRTUEMART" of Joomla.

    Anyone else experienced with VirtueMart to give some more details and some more "experinced information". Cause i think i will have to use something like that for my next client and i want to learn it before he order me the job.
    Is it easy to customize, install, etc, etc,etc.

    It is very easy to customize. Super easy. Meaning I can do it.

    It is fairlly young so attributes have to be done manually for each item. But that should change.

    Can anyone tell me how to even begin customizing the template for OS Commerce?
