So, this leads me to ask a very important question. Which shopping cart software is the best on the market and free to download? This should ONLY be developed in PHP. This shopping cart software must include the following: * Search Engine friendly type URL's. * Ability to add pictures, descriptions and prices. * Ability to add tax. * Ability to send out invoices. * Ability to edit the footer, header and pages using CSS/HTML.
