Shopping cart guru? looking for a cart that will do a few things

    1. enable me to charge a screen fee for my product, where the customer selects one of 3 choices, ie Full, Partial or None.

    2. A shipping fee that is based on cost per 100

    3. A shipping fee that enables me to charge a cost per state.

    4. Lets me charge rush fees.

    oscommerce has a billion add ons, which is why i opted for it. You should check out their contributions section to see if all the modules you need are available. But im fairly certain at least 2-3 of the things you are asking for are possible with oscommerce. Bur if you have never used it before, it may take you a whole to get the hang of it..theres quite a lot to know before you can get it perfectly customized to the way you want it.
