shopping cart feature

    I have been reaching out to shopping cart companies in search of a product feature and am not having luck.
    We'd like to have the ability to add a % surcharge to all credit card orders, but NOT to ACH orders. Is this possible?
    I've gotten "no" answers from Volusion and Zoey so far.
    Any advice or insight?

    No possible, surcharges are not allowed for VISA as part of their policy.

    Well all credit card companies will charge for their services so 0% is not possible I believe. If you find something then please don't forget to share with rest of the world :)
