Hello people, I'm a school student and I'm currently doing a case study on the emerging technology trends of e-Commerce so I hope I can learn more from your contributions.

Basically I have done some of my own research and heard about Shopping 2.0 being the new standard for e-commerce sites, but after reading through those brief details, I still dont really have a clear idea of what it's about. Can anyone with experience on shopping 2.0 enlighten me on this? Also, I've also heard about e-commerce 2.0, is it the same as shopping 2.0?

    Thanks for reading. :D

Ecomemerce 2.0 is more bigger than shopping 2.0.
And shopping 2.0 is including in the e commerce 2.0
There are 6 element of the e commerce 2.0
Let me just give one as example your site must have the info that compare the price of all the e retail product thus it will make your site special coz client will no need to go to other site to compare the price with your site price. It will save the customer valuable time.

Actually, there are no "standards" in the Internet. Everything is pretty flexible, except probably technical specifications. :)
All these "e-commerce 2.0", "Web 2.0" are just marketing words.
