Yup, especially now that we are hearing this guy may have been calling in bomb threats to test security. After the first shooting they should have known something was up. It's like the WTC, when they told people to stay in the building since it was safe.

BTW, the guns on campus debate:

I think we should all take some time to comment on what is going on I started a thread on another forum here:

    http://www.forumforest.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=10

This is unbelievable and I can't understand it. We need to think of a way to stop this from happening anymore....

Yes part of me can see this happening a lot more often, I am not sure if these morons think it's cool or they just hate life that bad...

What could drive someone to want to do this?

    We must pray??
    And praying what?
Did you pray the day before, asking God to keep VT safe?
If so, what did He say?
Will you pray for the next one?
I guess God decided that today, He will ask 32 student to go with Him, as they had no other plan in life...
Well, still a little number if you compare the 25,000 infants dead of starvation today. And the other 25,000 tomorrow...Still lots of space vacant in Heaven I guess...
Thank you God...some will still believe in you after that...

    2 killed in dormitory
    Then
    2 hours later 31 killed

Some serious questions need to be answered why the alarm was not raised after the first killings

just saw it on news, a very sad incident. an indian professor is killed, and lot's more died and injured.
i heard that the shootout actually happened twice. in the first one 2 were injured, and in the next many more! perhaps they should have alerted everyone!

no, he did it at the school....

imagine if people were allowed to carry concealed weapons (with a license) on campus...would this guy have lasted as long as he did and cause as many deaths?
