Shold I take this out...

    Check my sig in the red and should I take out the big banner i have on the right and replace that box with an optin form?

    Yes. Also i would recomend combining the 2 search boxes move your google search to the top.

    so far i put the google search at the top and now i got figure out how i want my optin form details to look like. Any suggestions. I know that I am going to take that big add out and just put it there.
