Shoemoney's lawsuit against Google

Has everyone heard of Jeremy Shoemaker's lawsuit against Google? Apparently there is an Adwords user competing against him for the "shoemoney" keywords, a term he has trademarked. He has decided to file a lawsuit against Google to block other advertisers from using his name.

A lot of people think he is ridiculous for the lawsuit, but it's completely legitimate. You cannot bid on keywords for Paypal, eBay or Amazon, so why should you be able to use his trademarked term?

I have a feeling he will come out on top. What do you guys think?

I think (not sure though) that you can bid on trademark keywords, but you can not include them in your ad text, headline or url.

Really? If you type in "eBay" or "google" they are the only AdWords ads on the page.

If it is a registered trademark... then it is up to Google AdWords regulations - I think I could choose any word as long as it is legitimate.
