Auction Ads is a great way to add ads to a site thanks shoe. It would be cool to replace my Adsense earnings. I had to hard code AuctionsAds into a template for Joomla. Hopefully someone makes an extension for Auction Ads.
I just started using AuctionAds no more then 24hrs these are my stats so far: Total 2172 26 1.20% Also how long does it take for the completed auction sales to show?
Ok for those interested ... I found an extension for Joomla ... and auction ads http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,1957/Itemid,35/
Hi I run a busy US car auction site and started sending traffic via auction ads today I have sent 380 clicks so far and a first reported revenue of $11.74..... How is this possible since the Ebay minimum payout is $25 for new free sign up. IF the referred person was already a member the initial referrer would also have received the sales commission split, this indicates Auction ads may me taking 50% of what I would have received going directly via my Comission Junction Account. ( I only use static links)... I must have missed something.... anyone?? Thanks Patrick
ah so $11.74 would have been an accurate earning for 1 sign up prior to June 1 changes? ( I am based in Australia almost 2 June here)
Thanks Choller No worries. I just need to see at least one benefit going directly with AA (since I am only using static links) rather than CJ. Regards
If I'm understanding the question properly, you're wanting to know how come you've received a payment of $11.74 when the minimum eBay payout is $25? The answer is that Auction Ads is the registered affiliate dealing with eBay and will have earned considerably more than the minimum payment across all of its associates. You are, in effect, an associate of Auction Ads and not recognised by eBay in any of the transactions so your individual contribution is irrelevant when it comes to a payment being issued; it's the collective. If I haven't understood the question properly it's because I got about 2 hours sleep last night and I'm going stir crazy
You are assuming that the revenue is from a new user. But eBay also pays for referred users winning an auction. So it would just take someone using a Buy It Now option on a reasonably high priced auction to generate that value.
