I've been watching this progress since it was Shoemoneyads and give kudos to Jeremy for getting AuctionAds launched.
    (What a busy boy!)

Love the fact that the affiliate referral program is built right in. Smart thinkin' Shoe!
Plus according to Techcrunch, they are CURRENTLY paying out 100% of Ebay commissions to AuctionAds publishers.

I haven't seen an announcement yet on the ShoeMoney site, think he's traveling.
But here's the scoop at the 5 Star blog with an example of how they look.

Sounds like a hit. I like the idea of that concept. There will be more people do their biddings. Does this program offer options like site related auctions to chose from?

-it is important to give it the time to ask for money and try to increase your conversion rates.

Haven't heard shoe say that yet and it's not on the auctionads site anywhere I can find. No matter though, let's get on to sharing stats and keywords!!

For the 24 hours of yesterday, I put up auction ads in the leaderboard spot on my BitTorrent Tracker Links page. Not too much traffic, did 2487 impressions and 4 clicks with a CTR of 0.16% and $0.00 in revenue. :-( I had used the keywords of “hdtv;xbox360;wii;dvd” but after looking at Shoemoney’s blog I have switched them to “laptop;dell;gateway;geek” (higher priced items == bigger commissions?).

I have also been blogging my experiences and will continue for as long as I think it's interesting (another half hour or so?? lol)

shoe can we get some help on keywords? how many should we put in (in the examples there are 2, you use 3 on your blog, I am using 4)??

You don't get any revenue until the auction has ended. So if someone clicks on an auction that doesn't end for five days, and they win it, you'll see the revenue in 5 days. I'm running auction ads now and don't expect to see any revenue for several days.

Just wanted to clarify how the ebay thing works...

    Chris-

Sorry I am traveling... just to answer your questions-

we are passing 100% of the revenue to the publishers. Yesterday we had over 1000 signups and a lot of people are already making good revenue. It is really hit and miss and does take some experimenting.

Honestly I have no experience monetizing your bittorent site. I am not sure what people would be looking for that would also match with stuff on eBay

Also you might want to fix the errors? when I go to the link you pasted I get

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/oldhtdocs/includes/header.php:89) in /home/oldhtdocs/news/libs/login.php on line 63

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/oldhtdocs/includes/header.php:89) in /home/oldhtdocs/news/libs/login.php on line 64

I am not sure that auctionads would be the best for this site... the sites it is working REALLY well for are more niche based.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.
