DO you guys think blogs/sites such as shoemoney.com or johnchow.com and many more other top online giants is a suitable place to learn fundamentals about online business if you are newbie and do not know nuts about online business...

I think it will be hard if you are newbies...

Yeah It is, but on a smaller blog like mine (look at signature) you get to connect more with the author because I'm always on to answer questions and help as much as possible.

DLM, go and try to mail Darren Rowse a question and see if he responds, then go to my site and try to e-mail me a question and it'll be answered in less than 12 hours.
Smaller blogs = Smaller People = Smaller E-mails to read

Shoemoney is quite popular by himself, but in advertising terms I have seen more often John Chow's ads around the net.

I would choose ProBlogger over any of the others.

Reading Shoemoney's blog on a daily basis isn't a waste of time. John Chow's is.

John Chow and ShoeMoney blog posts are not categorized properly for newbies to read. Instead of them, I would suggest newbies to read up Blogging for Beginners section over at Problogger.net.

On smaller blogs, yes, they do respond to mails much faster but in terms of their views and so on, it might be more narrow and timid compared to the big guns at the top. Anyway, both will have its pros and cons.

E-mail my mum and she'll answer you in half an hour.

She'll tell you a load of rubbish about my cousin's wedding, mind you.

No, I think it is a waste of time. I'm tired of reading about John Chow's dinner party, or watching him getting a hair cut. If you go to John Chow's webiste you will see that 50% is about his personal life and the rest is paid articles about useless affiliate networks. These bloggers who have already succeed don't have any reason to provide usefull information.
