    Hello DP readers,

I am looking at selling my pride and joy for the last 3 months, ShizzlePie movie news. ShizzlePie was intending to be a long standing project but I am in need of some funds right now and cannot continue with this project

ShizzlePie at the moment gets 200-300 uniques a day. When I was posting stories (over a month ago) it would get up to 500 uniques a day if I posted the story early.

The SEO of this site is quite nice. When I post a story, I can sometimes get a rank above some higher ranked places such as slashfilm in less time. That is how I have gotten fast traffic, watch my news reader and then as soon as a story I seem like is gonna be big (all that jj abrams cloverfield movie would rank easy and bring in good traffic) I post straight up and get quick traffic.

I host my own trailers as well and anything else I upload to youtube. It churns through roughly 2 GB a month of bandwidth.

The revenue factor, being that the site is a PR 5, I have made $50-100 just off selling links on the homepage, and then factor in the adsense (which comes out at roughly $5/month terrible placement) you are looking at between $55-$105/month.

The site is relatively running by itself, I haven't made a post in over a month and it still gets it steady traffic, the site gets most of it's traffic from Google, some of the rankings I am getting are as follows (keep in mind this is for my datacenter, results may vary throughout different datacenters)

    die hard 5 - #6th
    cloverfield news - #8th
movie news - #46 (have been as high as #12 but let it drop lately)

I also get a lot of traffic from wikipedia pages, I think I have my links on 4 pages to be exact and that sends well over half the traffic in a month.

I am looking for $650 US. The domain alone is brandable and is a PR 5 with over 4k backlinks. Going by the loosely fitted revenue model of revenue x 12, taking the lowest amount it makes 55 x 12 that is $660, which is roughly my asking price, but with a little more work and using the top revenue made it is well over $1k.

This site if taken care of, could really make money, or if just wanted to put into an arsenal of SEO sites, could definitely rank a site with just a link. I have had people say that once a link goes on ShizzlePie they climb the SERPs they are targetting in no time.

I haven't tried any other methods of ads, never bought links, haven't spent a dime on this site. Only SEO work was changing the permalinks, installing a mod which never worked anyway and I just never got rid of it.

Responded to all PM's, please remember this is an auction, so don't think that $650 is the final price, I am willing to go down in price
