Hey, I shipped an item from Texas to a customer in Maine and the customer had just sent me an inquiry as to why the product was shipped from Texas to Montana, the complete opposite direction - and is still in route. What shipping company you use? IMO,this is due to the shipping company fault. You can try to contact your shipping company for clarification
