Be carefull it's SCAM I have buy at that hoster hosting. At first that hosting is named saffrontec.org. I have buy an hosting.... one day, saffrontec.org is closed. my website off. i contact many time that hoster.... he said me i have change name now it's shineserver.... he reopen me my hosting. i have never can used my hosting correctly Now i buy VPS... after 2 days he don't want to refund me.... That is his TOS for refund : Customers are entitled to apply for a refund up to 72 hours after their paid service is first activated. This policy does not apply to our Dedicated systems, however exceptions are made for hardware faults. Refunds do not include any fees associated with Software Installations performed by Shine Servers.
