    Reason for selling: Another site that I have no time to work on.

    Most searched keyphrases

    As of Nov 28, it was ranking #1 on MSN, Yahoo and Google for "Shelden Williams". 78% of traffic from Google, then Yahoo and MSN.

    Revenue: Changes month to month. High month was $18, low month was $3. It hasn't been promoted at all except for directory submissions.

    Site was recently changed over to Word Press (yesterday), so the new pages have yet to be indexed.

    I changed to wordpress mainly to make it easier on the new owner once I sold it. Previously it was straight html/php pages.

    Yes, only three posts as of now. Mainly selling for the domain name and PR.
