Like every one else has said, this site is hilarious. Its sad that you were scammed, and we all feel for you, but turn this energy into some thing more productive.
So, why didn't you cancel before the month was up? You didn't read the TERMS that you would be charged if not canceled before the end of the month? That the free membership wasn't for-ever, but only for a month. Seems like you just didn't cancel and got pist off when they said, sorry, but the TERMS clearly stats that we charge and no refund. You even admitted you didn't cancel after the free period was ended and let it run into the second month. Use it or not those were terms you agreed to when you signed up. For example: Blockbuster they still charge me every month a monthly fee for membership regardless if I rent a movie that month or not. If I do not want them to charge I cancel before they charge. From the looks of it was a legit business transaction and they had the right to refuse refund to you. Plus, the website you created is opening you up, possibly, for a lawsuit by them against you. .
