Shawns Sig question

    Hi I was wanting to change my username and I was going to PM Shawn aka: digitalpoint but his sig says:
    "Please do not PM, IM or email me for product or tool support (they will go unread/ignored). "


    By product support does he mean DP stuff like name changing or is he talking about something else? I'm really not a dope...haha just a little tired and confused tonight...

    Post a thread in suggestions and feedback with title mentioning you want to change your user name. He will come upon it and change.

    Be sure to check if desired user name is not in use and post desired user name in thread.

    Well I guess you don't have to pm or mail him.many members are creating threads saying "shawn i want to change my username from this to that"
    he will see your threads and change it .

    Just open a thread in the suggestions and feedback forum. Remember you can only change your domain once a year.
