Hello, I have an account on the coop that i have not used for some time. I have never taken down the links over this period of time. I went to log into my account today and my password did not work. So i went to put in my username to have the password send to me. It said the email was send to . That is not my email address. I figured that I would simply create a new account and put up new links. When i tried to do that it says the domain is already in use. So basically at this point I do not know what to do. I can simply take down the links, but I want to put links on this site. Please tell me how I can fix this problem. Obviously it seems like someone hacked my account and changed the contact email and password. Please help he solve this issue. Thank you so much. Hey Shawn, The same person hacked my account again i am assuming. My password is changed again, and the email is once again set back to . Can this person be removed from the coop or something if he keeps doing this? Please help. Thanks shawn.
Do you know who it is? If you do, I can remove any other sites they have from the co-op. But if your account keeps getting hacked, maybe you have a keylogger installed or something on your computer that is reporting back what your login/password is or something.
hey shawn can you completely delete the account? then i will make a completely different login and pass for the same website. then the person wont be able to hack the account. i have no idea who that is. couldnt you find out who he/she is by seeing what other coop accounts use that email address? please let me know what you can do. but if possible simply delete the whole account for me so i can make a new one with the same website. i have another account that i am not sure if it has been hacked or not but none of the email addresses that i would use for it seem to work or the login that i setup for it. the website is www.ajkings.com. can you tell me either the username or email address on file is so i can log into this account? thanks shawn.
thanks for deleting the account for me shawn. as far as the ajkings email address. when i type it in to request the login and pass for ajkings....all the other sites come up, but ajkings does not. any reason for this? please let me know. thanks.
i must have done that without knowing it was doing either. how can i fix this? please let me know shawn. i dont know wha altering the ad network ads is, and hiding the ads....? i think the selected font color had to be a typo. can i undo this somehow? please let me know.
i went and compared the code in my footer to the code that a new account would get, and my buddy who set it up for me must have put in colors. because your code form the site has no code for colors. so i made it look like the default code. now the links are like the other text on my site. sorry about that. i never realized it was like that. www.ajkings.com. anything else i need to change?
