    Robin Hood ? That is not the problem... quite the opposite...
    The problem is these 3 people are charged with tampering with software which enabled them to collect revenue that would otherwise be entitled to the person who actually earned it and actually did the selling.

    No date has been set, they're just flinging paperwork back and forth to start the process. If you keep your eyes on the Justica page (http://dockets.justia.com/docket/court-candce/case_no-5:2008cv04052/case_id-206526/) you'll see all important information. The last event was the court agent delivering the documents to the 3 people they are suing.

    Next the defendants will reply with several documents stating their defense (probably 2-3 weeks away as they're lawyers have to do it).

    After that the judge will review all the documents and set a court date. So probably end of October/early November we'll see an actual court date being set.

    If you look in the top right of nearly every page in this forum it tells you it is an "ad revenue sharing forum" using Google Adsense. Surprising you didn't notice until until you read a two year old article.

    I new that I was shocked at the amount that google was paying out monthly, and I'm not attcking anyone was just saying i found some info that surprised me thats all, people need to chill out!

    Chill about what? I just asked you a simple question. Which you still did not address, for what its worth. What does the revenue share or Google payment have to do with this thread? As Mikey said, I am sure it went much higher than 10k a month anyway, that is old data.
