They could ask politely... they can't pull anyone. Even Shawn doesn't have to show up if he doesn't want to defend himself.

They could subpoena any witness they want. People are forced to be witnesses in cases all the time.

No it's not gossip, you found the cases yourself. Interesting choice of name...

I thought Shawn used to have a affiliate link for "vBulletin" on the bottom of every posts/pages.

I guess a few hundred/thousand dollars lost per month is not that really important.

The tip is you never want an affiliate manager snooping and finding his or her cooikie getting stuffed. If you own a website and are stuffing it, the stuffing rate is usually 5-10% of all visitors so it's less likely that an aff manager is getting stuffed.

I doubt Shawn stuffed DP. Maybe one of his sister or smaller sites.

Why would eBay even waste money doing research, paying high lawyer fees if Shawn wasn't involved at all? Are you guys that ignorant and stupid?

There were a few worthless/meaningless posts deleted before your post, but nothing from you. Maybe you hit a bad blade when you submitted your post and it didn't actually go through.

Am sure shawn will not do anything like that, ebay will soon come out saying that its their fault, they mistook shawn for someone else :)

Besides, it's the visitors [buyers] money, not ebays or any other affiliate's. If the buyer has no problem in giving the credit of the sale to shawn or storing cookie in their computer then why dose ebay has any problem!
