This is a problem... If non registered users can't download files larger than 100mb, people will not upload on sharpfile. In my opinion, 1024mb would be great.

Max download size for free users is 1024, as long as they are registered. Unregistered users can only download 100mb.

but maybe could be good increase the download ratio to 200mb for unregistered members (as same as mediafire *take it as reference*), because in general the people is lazy to reg. , and when the people see files in a new and unknown filehost with this limitation, the only thing they know is complaint to the uploader

In my opinion is fair to increase 200mb for unregistered, also the unregistered members stay more time in the filehost's landing page (and maybe more chance to click in adsense ads)...

At the moment it is torrent and url upload. We will be adding ftp upload soon.

 

After some days testing the filehost:
-. The speed is very good, remote upload, also up and down files
-. People download files < 100mb but not download files > 100 mb (all my files > 100mb have 0 downloads, that's means the people is lazy to reg. (also complaint) So really I hope, soon sharpfile increases the unregistered downloads files at least to 200mb as same as mediafire.
-. the stats shows the downloads, but not shows the group of that download, so I don't know if the download is from group a, b, c (maybe could be possible elaborate more the stats, with more info).

it's not working for me. i make more from shareflare or filefactory. for 1000 downloads i only get $1... i would have to say pass on this

 

We have raised it from 100mb to 1gb. You shouldnt have any complaints now.

 

Thank you mubin, but I don't understand well, this message appears when you try to download files bigger than 100mb if you are unreg.

You can download files up to 100 Mb only.
Upgrade your account to download bigger files.

well 1000 download will be 40$ just only by US download i wont make money with it i think...

 

YOu will also make money from sales.
