SharkSpace outage

    As a customer of Shark Space I am reporting this outage.

    Currently Shark Space is offline due to an unknown reason, at this point HTTP, DNS and FTP including control panels are down at the current time.

    The sharkspace.com website is also down.

    This is a major concern, why is the site down? also the rest of the sites are down, clients sites are down so this may be fairly major.

    If anyone has any information please feel free to provide.

    It appears there was an international fiber outage linking new zealand. The issue is now resolved and access is restored.
