Great! The new site is up but downloads are not working at all now. Putting ssi. in as a workaround doesn't work anymore. Damn!! I thought this new site would've fixed errors us VirginMedia guys were having not block us completely from even using a workaround.

Please help!!! Urgently!!!

I get a 30 second wait, then the box says start download now! But, it opens a new web page and says "404 error".

When the old Stats would be back? The interface is very smooth.. Please make sure we can be able to view more files at the same time...as it was happening with SM...we were able to view 400 files of a folder by putting the number on the box which was available

The FTP Upload speed is just WOW.

 

using thier ftp rightnow via filezilla...this i a lot better that the previous ftp settings that you need to always change the logged in name+server+pasword every 24 hours..

Hope download speed is better - as promised. "More speed - More power" right?

They should build a good name for the site right from the start, so people become more and more confident about it and gets famous fast. "FileSonic - I tried it once, and it's a great site - I'll be using it MORE". That's what we need.

 

Sorry, but how much more time are we talking? I can't download anything and have been reporting this wait time/no download issue for us VirginMedia customers for ages now. We need a fix, please!! I'm begging!!

Calm down people. They're still setting things up. Wait and payments should come back. The site is not set up yet, therefore features are slow or don't work.

 

The only think i dont like now is 5000 points for 1 month premium account.

 

There will be great offers coming i guess. So hope they'll considerably change all.

I lost some files , i can't find it in my folder, but i copy the link ,and open it in firefox, they are still alive, Clould you help me to get my files back!
