I'm getting the same feeling from my downloads (the ones that I do get). The more stuff I post, the less downloads I get. I don't understand if their servers don't work -> people can't get to the file at all (like 'no file found')
or
the download button doesn't appear at all -> after waiting time - no captcha for free users (I have to click the "reset" button on Firefox THEN it appears -> BUT MOST PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THAT -> so maybe they just leave)
or
downloads possible -> but speeds too low - so people eventually equalize: SharingMatrix file link = slow speed download -> they move away from the entire thread (SharingMatrix is not making a good name for themselves this way)
or
we DO get downloads -> but they are not showing up in our account. They just "magically" disappear -> I really don't believe this is the case, but I'll mention it as a possibility anyway.

Logout and try to download your files as free user. Check if there are problems with the files or too slow speed.

How long will the Sales-Manager ignore the problems we have written in the last few days? He might return only to find out that the "audience" left...

Choose FileServe - stable "Money Per Download" system, compared to the one that is going 'up on down' all the time (well, mostly down). Hotfile is screwing people badly with their copper-to-platinum system and people don't even know that. As soon as I found out how it works, I moved away.

We had uploading issues a few weeks ago & it took us less than one day to buy hundreds of new servers and fixed the issue...

When we found out that the ftp servers dont have a proper load balancing, we started fixing it and we did improve it alot..

Now, instead of fixing all these issues, we have decided to release a brand new site , fully written by us. This is taking longer than expected. But to compensate all of you patient partners, we will be launching a HUGE promo once filesonic.com is launched

i will not PM you and instead post this in this forum since my problem is general in nature... i acknowledge your help in my past problems and i am grateful for that but right now i have been receiving a lot of complaints regarding SM links i post... the premium members who have brought from me are also complaining that they cant even download any file or the downloads are too slow... forum owners are one by one banning SM links, group members are complaining a lot (some of them are even premium members)... i try to explain as much as i can about this but i cant explain to them forever... i guess we need an explanation or time schedule that we can then tell our downloaders to appease them and i don't think that "later", "in the near future", or words like this is not enough anymore...
i am a member of a group that have been sharing files for more than two years now and i am the one who introduced SM to this group to try and use but right now the consensus is that SM is slowly destroying the reputation that they have built through the years and most are giving SM just a few more weeks to get it straight until they totally change hosts... we do not want to do this since we have a lot of members that have brought premium accounts from us and we don't want to abandon them just like that but what good are the links if nobody can download them... thanks...

Well, at least I'm getting some downloads, so I 'm not sure if I have bugs in the house.
I believe you'll fix the issues so I'm being patient, no need for extra checking.

I'm just mentioning the same problem that the others have:
people are starting to avoid our links?
The same files that I'm posting currently were downloaded much more when they were hotfile files (more downloads but less earnings, of course).

A user mentioned that his Mega-Threads in a forum were erased due to Sharing Matrix problems. Sharing Matrix is getting banned on a forum and more forums are starting to feel this way. A persons stats turns from 2700 downloads/day to 3 downloads/day in less than 10 days. People reporting speeds for free users too low - less than 100 kb/sec - so people don't download files.
-> None of this is really a bug in my account, but is greatly affecting my work. We, the users, are VERY concerned - what future perspective is being given here.

On the other hand, I'm not leaving - yet. I do trust things will get better. Awaiting new site.
After all the bugs are fixed, +better speeds, we really have some serious confidence regaining from downloaders and sites so they stop avoiding our files. This wasn't necessary.
You didn't have to drop a nuclear bomb on ol' Sharing Matrix.com first, in order to build FileSonic.com on the other side.

 

The fact is I getting more money from SM day by day but really, really many downloaders are complaining me , SM file >200 mb are very hard to download in free user. If SM don't want free users download >200mb file, just make a limit, so we will manage to upload it right

 

Really sad leecher*to banned SM I hope support will talk with em and fix this.

 

It seems that Remote Upload works great again now... I remote 1Gb in 10 minutes (at 5:00h UTC) ...

 

yeah, more and more users are starting to shun SM links (due to issues like never-ending timer, not being able to download, and slow download speeds). In many of the forums I post, members are already starting to call for the ban of SM.

 

Its a pretty good program, just my thoughts.
