I am very very disappointed. On yours FAQ is wrote with red colour : "We count every download that has been completed. For free users that download from SharingMatrix, we count multiple downloads from the same IP address "

Yesterday, I had 160 downloads of 120 MB each and 1 download of 1.14 MB and 2 download of 399 MB and I earned $1.12
All downloads was from Romania and on schedule with payment rate , $8 for 1000 downloads ( Romania is in C ) mean 160 download x 0.008 = $1.28 . I still have another 2 download of 399 MB for cateogry B , 2 x 0.019 = 0.038 , and 1 download of 0.002. Total : $1.32 . I was credited just with $1.12 . WHyyy ?????

 

Probably your file was downloaded by some premium user, these are counted only first each day.

 

If you can login, you should have current password somewhere stored. In FF there is a password manager. try to see your password there and check whether you type your password correctly.

 

I have just one file of 120 MB. Now I have 171 downloads just on she and the same earning. This mean that I have sure 171 people who downloaded my file.

 

Ive been hacked too and havent been into my account in 3 weeks. I got a response about it but no action has taken place. The person who hacked it is a user on this forum too. He got into my email account and took my passwords. I got all my accounts from him except from sharingmatrix. I dont understand why its taking so long or why im not getting any feedback.

 

i am missing some of my files which i recently uploaded, i already saw them but when im going to rename them for posting the files were missing.

It's work fine for me.
Recently you have big problems with hosting. The speed of downloading files for free users is not permissible low. nobody wants to download files at speeds of 60 kilobytes per second. A lot of people choose other hosting. I do not know whether such a low speed is intentional? People complain that when downloading files larger than 200 MB breaks the connection. You have to fix it as soon as possible, because people are discouraged to you.

yep, and those last 6-8 hours were quite a catastrophe too for stats that went almost idle regardless of downloads, similar as what happened 5 days ago... of course I could PM you again as the first time but the public relations formulas we are served, while quite nice & polite ("rest assured we fix everything where we find errors yadda yadda") have their limits, when we can't see any change/promised "fix" afterwards...

 

what happened to my stats?

yeah stats for 17th july is blank for me too...and no payment of the last weekend's double payment

 

one of my referral also is complaining to me that its almost 3 days and account is not earning anything. used to have sales everyday but 3 days almost no premium DL nor sales
