Hi. I registered few days ago and was quite happy with the system but since yesterday night it becomes plain absurd. Almost impossible to connect to the site, and the rare times I can, it doesn't even recognise me before i re-re-re-re-etc-specify my mail/login (needless to say those are saved within firefox and I didn't have to do that till today), and then I see my stats are "updating" at super snail speed ! (something like 2 points an hour when I got 15 yesterday...) the only period it seemed to work was during the night I guess where I got most of my today points. the system is ridiculously overloaded right now and it's pretty obvious stats are not updated properly. do you intend to fix that within 24-48 hours or do we have to stick to "very soon" virtual promises ?

Last week, we have purchased 100 new servers and we are in the process of installing them. I really apologize , but this might have caused the problem that you have described. How about now? Everything should be fine.... Please let me know how it goes now.

as most of the other hosts are giving free users to download files more than 400MB it would be great if SM also provides the same.right now only premium users are allowed to download.would be great if free users are also able to download

Hi,

I have discovered a workaround searching via google... to place "ssi" after http:// ...then the rest of the address for the download.

This works and I am able to download after waiting the 10 minutes.

It is a workaround though as stated so please mention to the tech team that "the issue isn't fixed".
