If a shared IP or a proxy is causing a relaunch of the clock, then it might be a bit more user friendly if the application could say that another user with the same IP is downloading a file or has just downloaded a file. Everything is better than just relaunching the clock and saying nothing because this produces frustration.

I've tried from behind a proxy, not sharing ip addresses, and had no problems until a week or so ago.

 

oops to many posters, I have a question too, that if I put a download till when it will remain at server ?

since there is a lot new stuff happening every day after recent RS changes and the situation slowly settles down, more and more users do their choice between SM/HF/MU/etc. I recently received couple of complains from free users that their download speed is about 30k in late night. what I saw and tested, after midnight in europe was about 50-70k downlink from your servers, which is nothing astonishing.

But let me get to the point - if there is time to boost the download for free users it is right now and do not wait for filesonic, because in two weeks the the story will be old and users will make their choices and they will not turn to SM/FS until their subscription elswhere will elapse. so, please, go for it, boost it. now. You do not want to grow gradually, you want to jump I bet.

My issue has yet to be resolved, even after multiple contacts.

 

when i try to rename a file the whole page refreshes and the order in which the files were displayed changes to a different one.also it would be great if we could export the filename,filesize to a notepad or txt file.
