    Hello guys,
when I logged in today I got a red color notice. its take me to the new rules page, I alredy read those. but htis is new,

If you are in a situation where you are going to be sharing an IP address with other (real) people, please let us know before we catch you.
    Code (markup):
after read this, ( http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1437416) I think I need to let you know something about my connection,

Im having a dynamic IP ADSL and a HSPA broadband. I got trouble when I use rapidshare, its always tell that I alredy reached the limit or I have to wait 10min. but the thing is, I got this message when I start my PC or laptop. so I think some others used my IP before I got that, ( this is alwys happen to HSPA ). if I use ADSL line, I simply restart the router. then Its okay.

so, if someone have DP account in my country, how can I keep my account safely?
but I know, I am definitely not gonna buy anything from them, because the face to face trading is very cheaper than the paypal transaction here. :p

And is there any problem, if I use DP in my laptop and PC with same internet connection, I dont like to logged out. I always use hibernate.

    thanks in advance.

If you don't share a connection with friends/family, you should be fine.

I think he is asking about an internet connections. Most of ADSL connections are providing an ip range. So there is a possibility to use same ip in different time for many DP users. But in HSPA connections, ISP uses a one or few IP's for all customers. At that time all are using same ip.
But for DP, IP is not the only way to catch duplicate accounts. :)
This can be happened if two or many accounts deal with same threads with bumping, bidding, itrade and rep exchanging. Those are the worst cases from multiple accounts as MOD's saying. Hope you don't have any kind of those things.

    Good luck
