Great post, but I think you should add some kind of disclaimer for your readers about the risks of borrowing capital. Some people might not be that great at spotting and evaluating websites and their actual worth and might over do it with nothing to show for it. Lets just hope it doesn't send someone to the bank putting thier house up to buy a website.

I recommend when you start doing the credit thing start small, otherwise you will have problems, until you learn what sites to buy, It’s win and loss but I have been doing this for a while, first site i bought was great, second site i bought sucked. traffic went down very fast. I learned from the bad site I purchased and have bought only good sites from then on. I tried with that above in bold. I should draw more attention to that
