I read in a website a subject that talk about general mistakes webmasters fall in. Common general msitake webmasters fall in as later website owner says: "Adding a website monetized by google adsense in the signature of your post when sharing inf forums may lead to close your adsense account" Are what he say is true??
I'm not sure about banning but I have read that if you always use the same anchor text in your links then google will assume it was automatically generated (i.e. spam) and won't rank you as high as you could be on the SERPs.
Well if it is true, a lot of webmaster here would have been affected by now. I think google knows how to differentiate between a spam and links coming from forum signature.
I agree with you lycos, as you say if it is true, a lot of webmasters would have been affected by that Thanks
Google closes adsense accounts if they are in violation of their TOS or if you're caught committing click fraud. I've read their TOS carefully, I haven't seen any mention of signature links on forum boards being not allowed.
Sharing What? If we share our adsense publisher ID it is allowed as DP is is an ad revenue sharing forum. Putting signatures in your link may not get your google account closed it may be some other thing. If you read it somewhere please care to provide the source.
That's true. As long as the TOS is followed you are safe. But google is smart enough not to count all the links from the forum or other similar link farms. So try to get links from as varied source as possible and it would be better if they are from related niches
No Google will not ban your account when putting your website in signature in forums. So many webmasters are putting their website in signature
There is an indirect way that a ban can happen. You may post something that someone may not like and that someone can click spam or use your pub id on another site which is not agreeable with TOS.
i really dont think that google closes accounts on that basis but there can be some tos you might be breaking if you reveal a lot about your account info.. i suggest you to go through the tos before you plan to post some stats from google tools
