The server that had the hardware problem.. Well we just found out that the hard disks were the problem, everything on that hard disks got lost, I guess that your files were there too.
But it also could be a typical DMCA files cleanup.

Well usually we delete like 100GB DMCA files every day.. so, we can't rule that out...

I've just regged to this forum just to inform u about my experience i had with sharefiles.co, especially with their support.

I was browsing WJ for some good PPD or just good File Hoster (i am not a cash wh*re, term very popular in WJ, but well..if there is the PPD, why not using that?) and after some reading i decided to start using this FH. Very good speed, very good service (FTP didn't work that day but..) very good overall to me as i'm using web upload for uploading. And this went on for a bit since one day sh!+ happened...Web upload stopped working...i tought it was some temporarily issue so i waited 1 day.

Next day same sh!+..so i decided to open a ticket. The answer came after about 20 mins saying it would be fixed in the day. The day past and the issue was still there...so me, disappointed for the nth scam, i "raged" a bit in the ticket...the answer came after 20-30 mins saying there's no reason to reach that level, and stuff would be fixed with a promise. I waited.

To go a little deeply tech, the issue was that 2GB files were being rejected from the WU (WebUpload), thing that worked the moment i regged to the fh. So i tried the FTP, it kept me password incorrect even if i typed it trillions times..i was getting very very disappointed.

To shorten a bit now, i kept chatting in the ticket, the support told me what to do, we made tests each others, and.....(ofc u won't believe this) HE FIXED ALL!

I was so surprised, and we helped each other me making test for them and them making tests and solving for me! In the end, they offered me a premium account for the help i gave em fixing stuff. I refused because i was so happy i found what i've been searched for months..


Well what to say more, that's my experience with this FH and i judge it EXCELLENT, and no, i'm not exceeding myself due to the fact i've tested 20+ PPD SH!+ SUPPORT FHS out there...


I can't say anything about payments due to the fact i'm still not @ the payout sum, but of course i will update stuff here, once i can.

Last but not least (and this is just my humble suggestion): Don't take what u read in WJ like "BIBLE" just because is the most popular "this stuff" talking forum so far. JUST HAVE PATIENCE AND TEST STUFF YOURSELF!
