Hey, the uploading and the counting is okay now. In a few days we will get new servers, this will fix the download speeds issues.
Could you restore the PPD for the old affiliates and block it for the new ones? Doing this, you will not lose your actual affiliated to the other fileservers. I would not like to move to another host, but if needed I will. Best luck for sharefiles.
Hello everyone, We are happy to announce that the PPD affiliate program is back after being temporary closed for a week. What we did in this week: * Deployed new servers that are a lot faster than our old ones. * Fixed some bugs like when the downloads sometimes don't count. * Optimizing the website webserver to handle the traffic better which makes the website load faster.
I know that the table says 60-days to deleting inactive files from free accounts, but i've the impression that some files were deleted from my account before this time. Can you confirm the time for deleting? Remembering that one of the attractive of sharefiles is this. ^_^
File is being deleted after 60 days of inactivity (no one downloaded that file in the past 60 days), or if the file is breaching our terms of service, then the 60 days of inactivity becomes a lot less
