Shared Webhosting Needed | Bittorrent Tracker & Forums Allowed Please

Hi,

I am looking for a webhosting service which allows bittorrent trackers and forums.

I also need php/mysql and cgi with phpmyadmin.
atleast 20gb webspace and 2TB bandwidth.
Server location is not important.
